Für eine der führenden Speditionen Europas suche ich einen Vertriebsmitarbeiter Außendienst (m/w/d) für eine junge, wachsende Niederlassung im Raum Ulm. Der Vertriebsinnendienst vereinbart den Großteil Deiner Termine, Du konzentrierst Dich aufs Verkaufen.
Aufgaben
- Du verkaufst Stückgut, Teil- und Komplettladungen sowie Kontraktlogistik an Konzerne und Mittelständler.
- Du betreust ein Gebiet von rund 120 km um den Standort und besuchst Neu- und Bestandskunden, meist 3-4 Termine am Tag.
- Du erstellst und verhandelst Angebote, gemeinsam mit Innendienst und Pricing.
- Du baust Deine Kundenbeziehungen langfristig auf und begleitest neue Kunden beim Start.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Niederlassungsleitung, Customer Care und Tender Management zusammen und bringst die Niederlassung im Markt nach vorn.
Qualifikation
- Ausbildung in Spedition und Logistik oder vergleichbar mit Bezug zum Transport
- Erfahrung im Landverkehr, idealerweise mit Sammelgut
- Erste Erfahrung im Außendienst oder im Vertriebsinnendienst mit Kundenterminen
- Freude an der Neukundengewinnung und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Kundenterminen im Gebiet
