In your day-to-day, you will:

• Create engaging job descriptions and post them across the ATS, job boards, social media, and relevant work-from-home communities.

• Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates across a range of roles and specialisations.

• Screen candidates to assess their experience, skills, and overall suitability for the role.

• Review assessment results and progress qualified candidates through the recruitment process.

• Conduct initial and screening interviews to understand candidates’ experience, strengths, and role alignment.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Prepare shortlisted candidates for client interviews by providing comprehensive briefing sessions.

• Conduct professional reference checks before final hiring decisions.

• Negotiate salary packages and employment terms where required.

• Prepare and send employment offers to successful candidates.

• Conduct post-placement check-ins to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines within the ATS.

• Ensure all recruitment activities meet quality standards and internal recruitment processes.

Skills you have:

• At least 5 years of experience managing the full end-to-end recruitment process.

• Strong recruitment experience across a variety of roles and industries.

• Previous experience working in a recruitment agency, headhunting, or executive search environment is highly regarded.

• Strong technical sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean Search, and other sourcing techniques.

• Experience recruiting within the Philippine market; LATAM experience is highly preferred.

• Strong communication and interviewing skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.

• Highly driven, proactive, and results-oriented.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.

• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team.

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Teamtailor, or similar ATS platforms.
