In your day-to-day, you will:

• Manage and schedule social media content across multiple client and personal branding accounts, primarily Instagram.

• Maintain and manage content calendars in Excel, ensuring clients have a consistent 2-3 month pipeline of scheduled content.

• Organise and repurpose different types of content, including reels, lifestyle content, personal branding content and piece-to-camera videos.

• Prepare posts for publishing, including reviewing hooks, captions and content before they go live.

• Use AI tools to assist with captions, hooks and content preparation where appropriate.

• Publish content consistently based on each client's individual content strategy and schedule.

• Manage engagement across multiple social media accounts, including commenting on and engaging with relevant posts.

• Support engagement activities across relevant social media groups and communities.

• Share client content into relevant engagement groups to help maximise reach and engagement.

• Review previous comments and account activity to maintain an authentic and consistent tone of voice.

• Monitor social media trends, emerging formats and content that is performing well.

• Conduct ongoing research to identify opportunities for new content, trends and ideas that could improve engagement.

• Flag relevant trends and content opportunities to the client and recommend ideas for future content.

• Repurpose and publish relevant Instagram content to TikTok.

• Help keep the overall content workflow organised and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

• Work closely with the client to understand the strategy, preferences and positioning of each account.

• Take direction from the client and execute tasks independently with minimal day-to-day supervision.

• Support basic video editing and content production.

Skills you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in social media management and content creation, preferably working directly with personal brands, entrepreneurs, creators or public-facing professionals.

• Strong, hands-on experience managing Instagram accounts.

• Experience with TikTok and cross-platform content management.

• Excellent understanding of Instagram content, engagement and publishing.

• Strong understanding of social media engagement strategies, growth and community management.

• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple accounts and content schedules.

• Proficient in using Excel or spreadsheets to manage content calendars and workflows.

• Comfortable using AI tools to assist with content creation, captions and hooks.

• Basic video editing or content production skills.

• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools for basic social media content creation.

• Experience using social media scheduling and publishing tools.

• Highly reliable and consistent, with the ability to follow through on tasks without constant supervision.

• Comfortable working with confidential account access and handling social media profiles responsibly.

• Strong research skills and awareness of current social media trends.

• Able to quickly learn different client preferences, industries and content styles.

• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable taking ownership of repetitive but important operational tasks.
