Обязанности:

  • Обеспечение энергетическими ресурсами объектов почтовой связи: подготовка закупочной документации, заключение договоров, контроль исполнения договоров, ведение отчетности.
  • Обеспечение коммунальными услугами объектов почтовой связи: подготовка закупочной документации, заключение договоров, контроль исполнения договоров, ведение отчетности.
  • Обеспечение структурных подразделений ТМЦ: подготовка закупочной документации, заключение договоров, контроль исполнения договоров, ведение отчетности.
  • Организация учета основных средств и материалов Филиала.

Требования:

  • Высшее образование, стаж работы не менее 2-х лет.
  • ответственность, пунктуальность, коммуникабельность, целеустремленность, исполнительность, умение работать команде, в режиме многозадачности.
  • Знание 1С Бухгалтерия, EXEL, Word, программы по закупкам.

Условия:

  • Заработная плата состоит из оклада 70950 и годовой премии 15% (зависит от выполнения показателей).
  • Оформление по ТК РФ, работа в крупной стабильной федеральной компании.

  • ДМС после 3 месяцев работы.

  • Полная социальная защищенность (оплачиваемые отпуска, больничные).
  • График работы 5/2, выходные: суббота, воскресенье.
  • Рабочее время с 8:30 до 16:45/17.30.

  • Срочный трудовой договор на период декретного отпуска/ 3 года.
