Join Tempcover, a leading InsureTech company, as a CRM Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will shape and implement our CRM strategy, drive our Returning Customers program, and communicate our newer product lines. You will work closely with various stakeholders and have the opportunity to come up with creative ways to improve performance. The position is hybrid, requiring two days in the Tower Bridge office and one visit to the Fleet office per month.
Missions
- Supporting the Chief Marketing Officer in creating a strategic vision for customer engagement and retention.
- Implementing automated customer journeys across multiple channels and deploying tactical campaigns to drive engagement.
- Measuring and reporting on performance across multiple campaigns and CRM programs, and independently coming up with new, creative ways to improve performance.
