This Rental Management Trainee is fast-paced and touches every aspect of the business unit.This program is designed to be completed in 18-24 months.In this role, you will acquireproven industry knowledge, skills,and resources to develop your relationship-building.We allow you to carve out your own career path and promote from within, based on performance. The incumbent will be assigned to operational and administrative tasks in support of location and regional management. Essential Functions

• Handling the sales and process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation

• Maintain current andaccuratedata within the company's marketing database

• Responsible for generating rental, lease,and used vehicle sales leads

• Manage all rental asset processes to include Vehicle PMand cleanliness standards

• Meettheoverall Ryder market share by successfully executing the sales and marketing initiatives

• Maintain compliance withthecompany, local, state, federal,and other regulatory agencies

• Reconcile all customer concerns, issues,and disputes tomaintainthe ongoing relationships and grow the current customer base

Additional Responsibilities

• On a voluntary basis,as well as based on scheduling, the Rental Management Trainee willbe requiredto perform the role of On-Call Representative based on work schedules asdeterminedbytheSupervisor.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degreerequiredinbusiness administration orasimilar related degree

• One (1) year or moreofcustomer service with issue resolution experience preferred

• Must be computer literate intermediaterequired
