Our energy and resources client is seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Analyst (IBM Maximo) to design and implement Maximo solutions and support Enterprise Asset Management platform.
Join an Enterprise Technology Delivery team supporting Maximo, the client’s Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) application used across Facility Operations, Asset Management and Reliability, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Health & Safety, Regulatory, and Environment. This role focuses on designing and implementing Maximo solutions for both projects and continuous improvement activities, with day-to-day support as required. There is potential for extension beyond the initial 1-year term.

Must Haves
- 6+ years of technical experience supporting and configuring IBM Maximo
- Experience developing integrations using the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
- Experience working within IT operational frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, etc.) and ITSM tools
- Relational databases (SQL or Oracle), with the ability to combine and manipulate data sets using SQL
- Understanding of IT architecture foundational principles
- Knowledge of structured programming languages (Java, Python, or C)
Responsibilities
- Design and develop technical solutions for Maximo projects, improvements, and fixes, including application/UI design, security design, workflow configuration, automation scripts, escalations, and integrations
- Review design and technical documentation delivered by projects and peers to ensure consistency of solutions and alignment to the client’s Maximo standards
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the Maximo system when required, including general user inquiries and support, data exports and imports, application, integration, and database troubleshooting, and infrastructure and application performance management
Nice to Have
- Energy, midstream, or oil and gas industry experience
- Experience supporting Maximo across operations, reliability, supply chain, and HSE processes
