Marine Expert / Naval Architect – 1 POSITION
SABA Engineering PLC is assembling a team of key experts for the BID Pre-Feasibility and Feasibility Studies for the Development of New Ferries and Landing Sites and Rehabilitation of Existing Ferries and Landing Sites in Uganda.
What you’ll do
- Develop concept designs for new ferries.
- Undertake naval architecture calculations.
- Assess vessel-to-shore interfaces.
- Conduct lifecycle cost analysis.
What you need
- Master’s degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Engineering or Naval Architecture.
- At least 10 years’ experience in maritime structures and ferry operations and maintenance.
- Experience in jetty and landing infrastructure.
- Professional registration.
