What is the job waiting for you?

Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and company standardsManage permits, licenses, and regulatory requirementsDevelop and maintain HSE procedures and systemsConduct risk assessments and ensure proper documentationLead internal audits and support external auditsDeliver HSE training sessions for employees and contractorsSupport incident investigations and root cause analysisManage emergency response plans and drillsMonitor and report HSE KPIsSupport ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systemsContribute to process safety and environmental activities (PSM, ATEX, waste management,chemical safety regulations)Coordinate environmental compliance activities, including wastewater treatment plant operations, emissions monitoring, waste management, and environmental reporting.Manage contractor HSE performance and ensure compliance with site safety requirements.Support Management of Change (MOC) processes and process safety improvement initiatives.Promote a strong safety culture across the factory environmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HSE performance

What we are looking for?

Minimum 5 years of Health & Safety (HSE) experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong experience in environmental processes, including wastewater treatment and waste managementStrong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigationExperience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systemsOccupational Health & Safety Certificate (Class A or B)Valid Environmental Officer Certificate (preferred)Working proficiency in English (written and spoken) (preferred)Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Certificate (Class B) (Preferred)Experience in audits, training, and continuous improvement initiativesExperience with contractor management and permit-to-work systemsStrong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skillsBased in Adana or willing to relocate
