We are looking for a Junior IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support and ensure the smooth operation of the company’s IT equipment and systems.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Troubleshoot and maintain MacBooks, Windows laptops, PCs, printers, and other IT devices.
Resolve internet, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and update software on macOS and Windows devices.
Install and maintain antivirus and basic security software.
Set up laptops and required applications for new employees.
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of company devices.
Maintain an updated inventory of IT equipment.
Provide basic support for Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, email, and other business applications.
Coordinate with external IT vendors when advanced support is required.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in IT Support or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with both macOS and Windows.
Good knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of networking, Wi-Fi, and internet troubleshooting.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Good English communication skills.
Ability to work full-time on-site.
