Principal HRIS People Analytics – Workday and BigQuery/Looker

Seeking a dynamic HRIS team member who is passionate about the art and science of People Analytics and Workforce Planning. Our HRIS and Workforce Acceleration team is a tight-knit global team at the heart of ensuring we provide best in class team member experience, service and efficiency. This role will be accountable for modeling insights through strong, cohesive, logical narratives and action-oriented analytics.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Maximize existing technologies (incl. but not limited to Workday Advanced Reporting, Prism Analytics, Discovery Boards, and Google BigQuery / Looker) to develop actionable insights that enable strategic, data-driven workforce decisions

• Support workforce planning (labor forecasting, modeling) via Workday Adaptive

• Mindfully delivering Workday Security changes for reporting and functional configuration

• Creating Executive-Level analytics that make effective use of storytelling and design

• Understanding the Workday and Google roadmaps; harmonizing system vision and capability with business need and prioritization

• Adopting and Embracing Agentic AI across our supported platforms

• Leading innovative initiatives in a way that wins the hearts of our customers

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in HR Analytics and Data Modeling
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in Workday Advanced Reporting; experience with Workday Prism and Worksheets is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of Workday Security strongly desired (especially as relating to Workday reporting / data security)
• Experience with SQL (BigQuery, MSSQL, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) development desired
• Experience with BI / Data Visualization platforms (Looker, Tableau, Qlik, Vizier, Power BI, etc.) desired with a keen eye for executive storytelling
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Workforce Planning desired
• Advanced technical acumen in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Effective agentic AI adoption in research and development
• Good understanding of key HR touchpoints in hire-to-retire cycle are a plus; hands-on experience configuring and maximizing Workday is desired to assist in context
