Senior Product Manager - Digital Experience

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our global Digital Experience team, where innovation knows no borders. This team owns and scales whitelabel e-commerce and post-booking servicing products for leading global airline partners. It bridges complex backend capabilities with modern digital storefronts to deliver seamless traveler journeys. As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the strategy, evolution and operational excellence of our Digital Experience (DX) and Digital Experience Check-In (DXCI) products across SabreSonic and SabreMosaic platforms. You will guide technical execution, lead agile scrum backlogs and support global clients as they transition toward modern Offer & Order retailing. This role requires strong technical depth, cross-functional leadership and the ability to align global stakeholders to deliver high-impact enterprise software solutions.

What you'll do

• Drive product vision, strategy and detailed roadmaps for Digital Experience across SabreSonic and SabreMosaic initiatives.
• Manage investment decisions, scoping and priority backlogs for scrum teams while writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to provide technical guidance, deliver scalable architectural solutions and maintain product quality.
• Engage directly with global customer touchpoints, focus groups and industry events to gather market insights and shape product direction.
• Lead product evolution as clients transition from legacy workflows toward modern Offer & Order retailing architectures.
• Analyze and resolve technical escalations and maintenance issues alongside commercial and delivery teams to ensure operational stability.
• Deliver product demonstrations for internal leadership and external global clients to showcase upcoming capabilities and enhancements.

What you'll bring

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical product management owning complex e-commerce platforms, enterprise SaaS or high-scale digital solutions.
• Proven track record in market-facing roles, engaging directly with clients and partners to define requirements and influence product strategy.
• Strong technical and data-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to bridge backend system architecture and front-end user experiences.
• Success leading cross-functional execution and backlog refinement within agile software development environments.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational discipline with a history of managing multiple complex projects and competing priorities simultaneously.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience with airline reservation or travel management technology platforms and retailing trends.
