RFP & Proposal Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and research-driven RFP & Proposal Associate to identify business opportunities, research tenders, and support the preparation and submission of proposals. The ideal candidate should have strong research, documentation, communication, and coordination skills.

• Research and identify relevant RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, tenders, and procurement opportunities through online portals, government websites, and other platforms.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, deadlines, and submission requirements.
• Evaluate business opportunities and prepare summaries with Bid/No-Bid recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, Finance, and technical teams, to gather required information.
• Assist in preparing proposals, technical documents, and bid submissions.
• Conduct company, client, and industry research to support business development activities.
• Maintain and update tender trackers, databases, and proposal documentation.
• Ensure all submissions are accurate and completed within specified deadlines.
• Maintain a repository of previous proposals, company profiles, case studies, and supporting documents.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines.
• Freshers with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

• Basic understanding of RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and tendering processes.
• Exposure to proposal writing, bidding, or procurement documentation.
• Experience in the IT or cybersecurity industry will be an added advantage.
