In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Analyze and triage AI-related requests, determining feasibility and identifying appropriate
AI/agent-based solutions.
- Design and develop AI agents and copilots using modern agent frameworks (e.g.,
LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI).
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise business systems using REST APIs, event-driven
architectures, and MCP.
- Build and orchestrate multi-step agent workflows including memory, planning, and tool
usage.
- Deploy, test, and monitor AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and related Azure AI
services.
- Support teams in adopting AI solutions through reusable components and documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business use cases into scalable AI solutions.
- Participate in PoCs, pilots, and production rollouts.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and responsible AI practices.
- Document architectures, patterns, and best practices for reuse.
Who You Are:
You are a technically strong and curious professional with hands-on experience in building and
deploying AI-powered solutions. You are comfortable working in evolving environments and can
translate business problems into practical AI implementations.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- 2-5 years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or automation engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python and AI/ML tooling.
- Experience building AI agents, copilots, or LLM-based applications.
- Experience integrating applications using APIs, microservices, and MCP.
- Exposure to Azure AI Foundry or similar cloud AI platforms.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and agent architectures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, AutoGen,CrewAI).
- Experience deploying solutions using Azure AI Foundry pipelines.
- Experience integrating AI into enterprise systems such as ERP or CRM.
- Exposure to AI observability, evaluation, and monitoring practices.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks.
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts in a simple manner
