Thank you for your interest in applying to Safety Radar as a Product Manager! This is the first stage of a three-stage interview process:
- Application: Complete the application below to be considered for the Product Manager position.
- Technical Test: After an introductory call with Safety Radar's recruiting team, qualified candidates will be emailed a technical test prompt to showcase proficiency in completing product management deliverables.
- Review: Candidates who complete the technical test will be scheduled for a video call to present their results and interview with the Safety Radar leadership team.

What you bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or related fields
- Experience in implementing technical solutions, customer success, or similar roles, preferably in AI or risk management solutions
- Proficiency with SQL and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
- Experience working with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini)
- Strong communication skills and experience working directly with clients to deliver custom solutions
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus, but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Proficiency in using work management platforms like Slack, Airtable, and Linear

Location & Work Environment
This role operates in an office environment with a work-from-home element in our hybrid schedule. In the performance of the duties and responsibilities of this job, you will be required to view a computer terminal for prolonged periods of time and may involve travel to client offices and locations from time to time on an as-needed basis.

Compensation Range: $75,000-$100,000 base salary plus stock options. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors and may vary from the amount listed.
