Partner with business, operations, risk, and technology teams to drive process improvement, implementation, and adoption outcomes. About the Client Our client is a leading Australian financial services organisation delivering significant business and regulatory transformation initiatives.

Known for its focus on innovation, customer outcomes, and continuous improvement across complex enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Lead process analysis, future-state design, and stakeholder workshops to define and align target-state operating models.

Manage the transformation backlog and drive implementation of process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives.

Drive implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation and AI enablement. A Successful Candidate Will Possess the Following Experience support Scam Prevention initiatives (nice to have).

Hands on experience in Product Ownership, Process Design Business Analysis, or Transformation roles, ideally within a regulated environment.

Strong Agile delivery, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and process transformation experience. What’s on Offer Work for one of Australia’s leading financial services organization.
