Sales Manager | Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop a residential property sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure the achievement of sales targets across multiple developments. This role is responsible for sales performance, pipeline management, forecasting, team leadership, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably within property, real estate, or a related industry.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of the residential property market is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Set and monitor sales goals, KPIs, and performance standards.
• Manage sales pipelines, lead progression, and forecasting.
• Drive lead-to-sale conversion rates and overall revenue growth.
• Support negotiations and closing of key sales opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
• Manage escalated customer issues and ensure compliance with sales processes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting, and sales governance.
