IT Assistant (Help Desk)

We're growing our in-house IT team and looking for an experienced IT Assistant to support our people, stores and systems day to day.

You'll report to the IT Manager and handle IT support on your own. You'll work across the whole IT setup of a growing fashion company.

What you'll do

• Be the first point of contact for IT support at head office and stores, in person, by phone and remotely
• Set up and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices and store POS equipment
• Manage Microsoft 365 users: accounts, mailboxes, Teams, licenses, permissions
• Give first-level support for our ERP (SoftOne) and in-house business applications
• Help with network, Wi-Fi and firewall checks, and with backups
• Keep IT assets, inventory and support documentation up to date
• Log, track and follow up on support requests until they're resolved
• Visit stores when needed

What we're looking for

• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk, ideally in a multi-site or retail business
• Solid hands-on experience with Windows, Microsoft 365 administration and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
• You can work on your own, set priorities and handle several requests at once
• A problem solver who stays calm under pressure and puts service first
• Clear communication with non-technical users
• Very good Greek and English
• Valid driving license (Category B).

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems (ideally SoftOne), POS or retail environments
• Basic scripting (PowerShell, SQL or Python)
• Familiarity with firewalls (e.g. WatchGuard) or Entra ID / Intune
• IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft 365).
