Module Lead - Python (Full Stack)

We are looking for an experienced Module Lead - Python (Full Stack) with 7-9 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React, Node.js, and Python, along with experience in PostgreSQL, cloud technologies, and modern DevOps practices. The candidate will be responsible for leading development initiatives, building high-performance applications, and ensuring secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, Express, and Python.
• Lead the development of highly scalable and responsive UI architectures.
• Build secure, high-performance, and maintainable applications following industry best practices.
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Ensure adherence to SOLID principles, clean coding standards, and best development practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical mentoring.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience building production-grade applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience leading modules or mentoring development teams is preferred.
• Primary Skills: React.js, Node.js, Express.js, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Databricks.

Frontend:

• Strong experience with React.js (or equivalent modern JavaScript frameworks).
• Experience building responsive, reusable, and scalable UI components.

Backend:

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js .
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs and backend services.
• Knowledge of secure application development practices.

Python:

• Strong development experience using Python.
• Experience working with Databricks and Python notebooks.
• Ability to build data processing and automation solutions using Python.

Database:

• Strong expertise in PostgreSQL.
• Experience in: Database schema and table design, schema migration and version management, query optimization, and transaction management.
• Data consistency and database performance tuning.

DevOps & Cloud:

• Good understanding of the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes deployments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment practices.
