Senior Full - Stack Developer - Salesforce

We are looking for a Senior Full-stack Salesforce Developer who can design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across the full technology stack. This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role for someone equally comfortable building Apex back-end services, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce integrations, and scalable platform solutions. You will work closely with solution architects, developers, system integrators, and cross-functional teams to build robust solutions, solve complex technical problems, and raise engineering standards across the Salesforce ecosystem. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Build cohesive front-end experiences and back-end services across the Salesforce platform.
• Develop and integrate Salesforce solutions using REST/SOAP APIs, platform APIs, and middleware technologies.
• Design scalable and maintainable solutions in collaboration with solution architects and technical stakeholders.
• Optimize application performance and ensure solutions comply with Salesforce governor limits and platform best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback to developers.
• Review, validate, and assess technical deliverables from system integrators and development partners.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce technical issues.
• Implement automated testing strategies and maintain high-quality code with appropriate test coverage.
• Develop reusable components, frameworks, and engineering patterns to improve developer productivity.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, platform capabilities, development standards, and emerging technologies.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices.
• Work effectively within an Agile, collaborative, and distributed development environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is required.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and platform architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and Git-based version control.
• Strong experience developing and consuming Salesforce APIs, including REST/SOAP and other integration patterns.
• Experience with middleware/integration technologies.
• Good understanding of CI/CD and Salesforce deployment practices.
• Experience working in Agile development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices, governor limits, bulkification, error handling, and scalable coding patterns.
