ENTERTAINMENT SUPERVISOR

Job Summary: The entertainment supervisor will be responsible for planning various types of resort entertainment activities and ensuring that all social and cultural events are well coordinated. He/She will exceed our guests' expectations by presenting vibrant, diverse, interactive entertainment offerings utilising the best talents.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with preparing departmental budget and staffing guide

  • Assisting with developing seasonal entertainment schedules incorporating new acts and activities

  • Mentoring team members in the development of talent and stage presence

  • Assisting with creating new methods and offerings to improve entertainment and recreation activities

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a certificate in Events Management & Planning

  • Two (2) years' experience in the hotel industry or related hospitality organisation

  • Three (3) years progressive supervisory experience

  • Practical exposure to recreational in-door/out-door games/activities

  • Must be microphone trained and qualified to host shows and master ceremonies
