As an AI Expert and Architect, you will design and deliver intelligent systems that power large-scale AI capabilities across SAP’s ecosystem. You will take ideas from concept to production, building robust services, APIs, and agentic workflows that enable enterprise-grade AI applications in the real world.

You will work across technology stack, using languages such as Go, Java, and Python, and technologies such as LangGraph, PostgreSQL, SAP HANA, and GraphQL. Your work will directly shape how AI is embedded into SAP products, driving smarter automation, better decision-making, and improved customer experiences.

You will tackle challenges related to scalability, performance, and reliability while integrating advanced AI capabilities into enterprise environments. In parallel, you will help define technical standards, guide architectural decisions, and mentor engineers to ensure innovation translates into high-quality, production-ready systems.

As an AI Expert and Architect, you’ll architect and deliver intelligent systems that power large-scale AI capabilities across SAP’s ecosystem. You’ll design and optimize systems across a modern technology stack, working with languages such as Go, Java, and Python, and technologies like Langgraph, Postgres, HANA, and graphql. Your work will directly impact how AI is embedded into SAP products, driving smarter automation, better decision-making, and enhanced customer experiences.

You’ll tackle challenges around scalability, performance, and reliability while integrating advanced AI capabilities into enterprise environments. In parallel, you’ll help define technical standards and mentor engineers, ensuring innovation translates into high-quality, production-ready systems.

What you bring

You bring deep technical expertise, a strong sense of ownership, and a track record of delivering complex systems at scale.

Experience

· 10+ years of software engineering experience, delivering ML or AI solutions in production

· Proven experience architecting scalable systems, APIs, and data platforms

· Hands-on programming experience in Go, Java, or Python

· Experience working with distributed systems technologies (e.g., messaging systems, databases, RPC frameworks)

· Practical experience applying AI/ML techniques, including LLMs, in real-world products

· Experience leading initiatives end-to-end-from design through deployment and optimization

· Strong exposure to CI/CD, testing practices, and cloud-native architectures

· Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in global environments

· Track record of mentoring engineers and fostering technical excellence
