Job description:
SAPSOL Technologies is looking for an energetic, persuasive, and results-driven SAP Career Counsellor & Lead Generation Executive to support our SAP training and career services business.
This is a remote night-shift position focused on engaging prospective students and professionals, understanding their career goals, counselling them on suitable SAP career paths, following up with inquiries, and converting qualified prospects into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
SAP Career Counselling
- Speak with prospective students and working professionals interested in SAP careers and training.
- Understand each candidate’s education, experience, technical background, career objectives, and employment goals.
- Guide candidates toward appropriate SAP career paths and modules based on their profile.
- Clearly explain SAP training programs, career opportunities, course structure, prerequisites, timelines, and available services.
- Conduct counselling sessions through phone, video calls, email, WhatsApp, and other approved communication channels.
- Maintain professional follow-up with interested candidates through the enrollment process.
Lead Generation & Conversion
- Generate and qualify leads for SAP training and career programs.
- Contact inbound inquiries promptly and conduct outbound prospecting when required.
- Develop prospects through structured follow-up campaigns.
- Convert qualified leads into counselling appointments and paid enrollments.
- Re-engage older leads and maintain an active prospect pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, lead status, and conversions in the CRM.
- Consistently work toward weekly and monthly lead-generation and enrollment targets.
Core Responsibilities
- Independently generate prospective-student leads
- Target job seekers and working professionals across Canada and the United States
- Prospect through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, professional groups, job-seeker communities, webinars, referrals, email and telephone outreach
- Conduct outbound calls and personalized digital outreach
- Qualify prospects based on education, experience, career goals, program suitability and enrollment readiness
- Conduct SAP career-counselling sessions
- Explain SAP training, PSP and placement-assistance services
- Recommend appropriate programs
- Explain schedules, tuition fees, payment options and program expectations
- Manage objections and follow up consistently
- Convert suitable candidates into verified enrollments
- Collect applications and required documents
- Coordinate registration, payment and onboarding
- Maintain complete CRM and Google Sheets records
- Meet daily lead-generation, counselling and follow-up targets
- Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets
- Prepare activity, pipeline and conversion reports
North American Working Hours
This role requires consistent availability during North American Eastern Time business hours.
Candidates working from India must be prepared to work a permanent night shift.
The expected shift will generally fall within:
Approximately 6:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. India Standard Time
The exact schedule may change based on daylight-saving time, campaign requirements and the assigned Canadian or United States market.
Candidates must:
- Be available throughout the assigned North American shift
- Have a quiet and professional home-working environment
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
- Be comfortable making calls during Indian night hours
- Be available for scheduled counselling appointments with Canadian and United States prospects

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or post-secondary education
- Minimum three years of experience in lead generation, B2C sales, EdTech sales, educational counselling, admissions, student recruitment, tele sales or inside sales
- Proven ability to generate leads independently
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong telephone-sales and presentation skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills
- Experience working with sales or enrollment targets
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Experience using CRM systems, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and video-meeting platforms
- Reliable computer, professional headset and high-speed internet connection
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Mandatory availability during North American business hours
Compensation
Monthly salary: ₹11,486.06-₹37,482.00
Final compensation will depend on experience, English communication, lead-generation capability, counselling performance and verified results.
