Должностные обязанности:

  • Ведение бухгалтерского и налогового учета в соответствии с законодательством РФ;
  • Соблюдение порядка оформления бухгалтерских документов, расчетов и платёжных обязательств; расходование фонда заработной платы.
  • Контроль за проведением инвентаризаций основных средств, товарно-материальных ценностей и денежных средств.

Функциональные обязанности:

  • Подготовка и сдача локальной бухгалтерской, статистической и налоговой отчетности в соответствующие органы;
  • Контроль учёта имущества, обязательств и хозяйственных операций, поступающих основных средств, товарно-материальных ценностей и денежных средств;
  • Контроль документооборота, соблюдения кассовой дисциплины, сохранности бухгалтерских документов, а также ведение бумажного и электронного архива.

Требования:

  • Высшее образование, знание программы 1С (версия 8), Excel - уверенный пользователь.
  • Знание основ бухгалтерского учета; активность, внимательность, самостоятельность.
  • Опыт работы в коммерческой организации.
