· Lead or participate in network infrastructure projects such as office openings, site relocations, hardware refreshes, network migrations, circuit upgrades, and technology deployments.

· Coordinate circuit installations, upgrades, cross-connects, handoffs, testing, migrations, terminations, and outage remediation with carriers, local exchange carriers, and data-center providers.

· Develop implementation plans, test plans, rollback procedures, validation steps, and supporting documentation for network changes.

· Maintain accurate logical and physical network diagrams, IP address documentation, circuit inventories, configuration standards, and operational procedures.

· Monitor network availability, capacity, performance, and configuration compliance using SolarWinds Orion or similar network-management platforms.

· Review monitoring alerts and performance trends to identify recurring issues, capacity constraints, and opportunities for proactive improvement.

· Ensure network-device configurations are backed up, standardized, and maintained in accordance with organizational security and operational requirements.

· Perform root-cause analysis for significant incidents and recommend corrective and preventative actions.

· Provide technical guidance to service desk, infrastructure, security, application, and site-support teams for network-related issues.

· Coordinate and validate work performed by telecommunications carriers, managed service providers, cabling vendors, field technicians, and other third parties.
