UX-UI Designer

Mid-Level UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Mid-Level UI/UX Designerto join our team and help design intuitive digital products that support our aftersales solutions platform. You will play a key role in improving user experiences, building scalable design systems, and collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design user-centered experiencesfor web platforms and internal tools related to aftersales services.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designsusing Figma.
• Build, maintain, and evolve our design systemto ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Conduct usability testingand gather user feedback to continuously improve the product experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholdersthroughout the product lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into intuitive and efficient user experiences.
• Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, and consistency standards.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma(design systems, components, auto-layout, prototyping).
• Solid understanding of UX methodologiesincluding user research, usability testing, and interaction design.
• Experience creating UX documentation, user flows, and detailed design specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate design decisions clearly.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a B2B environmentor designing products for operational platforms.
• Experience designing service platforms, logistics, or aftersales solutions.
• Familiarity with design systems governance and component libraries.
