Mid level UX-UI Designer

We are looking for aMid-Level UI/UX Designerto join our team and help design intuitive digital products that support ouraftersales solutions platform. You will play a key role in improving user experiences, building scalable design systems, and collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Designuser-centered experiencesfor web platforms and internal tools related to aftersales services.
• Createwireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designsusing Figma.
• Build, maintain, and evolve ourdesign systemto ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Conductusability testingand gather user feedback to continuously improve the product experience.
• Collaborate withproduct managers, developers, and stakeholdersthroughout the product lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements intointuitive and efficient user experiences.
• Ensure designs meetusability, accessibility, and consistency standards.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience inUI/UX design.
• Strong proficiency inFigma(design systems, components, auto-layout, prototyping).
• Solid understanding ofUX methodologiesincluding user research, usability testing, and interaction design.
• Experience creatingUX documentation, user flows, and detailed design specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability tocommunicate design decisions clearly.
• Ability to collaborate effectively withcross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in aB2B environmentor designing products for operational platforms.
• Experience designingservice platforms, logistics, or aftersales solutions.
• Familiarity withdesign systems governance and component libraries.
