Lead Product Designer

As our Product Designer (Growth), you'll be the creative growth hacker behind our user journeys, crafting delightful experiences that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. You'll mix design thinking with data wizardry to craft experiments that boost conversions, optimize funnels, and supercharge engagement. If A/B tests excite you more than A/B roads, this is your jam.

Responsibilities:

• Drive growth design initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Design and optimize conversion funnels from first click to lifelong connection.
• Lead A/B tests and experiments that move key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion, retention).
• Own critical growth touchpoints: sign-up flows, profile completion, subscriptions, and referrals.
• Translate user insights and data into impactful design solutions.
• Build scalable design systems that support rapid growth experiments.
• Collaborate with Growth PMs, Data Analysts, and Engineers to uncover opportunities.
• Continuously test, iterate, and refine experiences post-launch.
• Champion a growth design culture; spread the love for experimentation and impact-driven design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's from IIT, BITS, NID, or equivalent.
• 3-4 years of full-stack product design experience with proven growth wins.
• Strong portfolio showcasing conversion-boosting designs.
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design.
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and analytics tools.
• Understanding of subscription models and pricing psychology.
• Experience designing for web + mobile at scale.
• Analytical mindset: you see numbers and think design.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with subscription or marketplace products.
• Background in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Familiarity with international markets and localization.
• Knowledge of AI-powered personalization and recommendations.
