We are looking for individuals who live and breathe establishing and maintaining a secure IT environment in a highly regulated industry. We are continuously improving our security posture, and you will be able to put your mark on the design of our infrastructure but should also be prepared to participate in the deployment, operation, and automation of the systems, which are heavily based on Microsoft technologies. Automation is a key aspect of our approach, and your ability to streamline processes will be crucial to our success.
You will join a highly skilled team in India (Gurugram) with colleagues based in Copenhagen and other locations, where collaboration and continuous improvement are at the heart of our success. With new joiners, we aim to grow and diversify our team in the coming year. Working hours are aligned to India Standard Time, with flexibility to collaborate across time zones when needed.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Linux and Windows servers
Perform OS patching, updates, and regular system maintenance
Monitor system health and performance; troubleshoot OS, application, and hardware issues
Use PowerShell to automate administrative tasks, reporting, and system management
Implement OS and server security hardening in line with organizational policies
Support and administer virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V/KVM), including server builds, migrations, and resource optimization
Administration and support Microsoft SCCM for software deployment, patch management, and endpoint configuration
Administration and support Commvault backup solutions, including backup policies, restores, and job monitoring
Manage Microsoft Defender for Identity (MDI) configuration, alert triage, and remediation support
Handle CyberArk certificate and credential management in accordance with security and compliance standards
Maintain accurate technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures
Provide Level 2/3 technical support for server, backup, security, and virtualization issues

Further we are looking for a candidate with the following professional competencies:
You will complement the team if you have 8-15 years of experience, have worked several years in the domain of securing and operating Linux and Windows infrastructures, and are confident in your PowerShell, shell scripting, and automation skills. A deep understanding of IT systems (including servers, networking, and OS internals) and a proactive approach to integrating automation into infrastructure and security practices are essential. You are a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive projects to completion with attention to reliability, security, and stability.
