Обязанности

  • сбор, кластеризация и валидация данных из внутренних систем и внешних источников
  • анализ данных, построение прогнозных моделей (Python, SQL, pandas)
  • тестирование продуктовых и исследовательских гипотез
  • взаимодействие с командами разработки, Data Science и продукта для формирования требований к данным
  • подготовка выводов и рекомендаций на основе полученных результатов

Требования

  • опыт работы аналитиком данных от 2 лет (Python, SQL, pandas)
  • опыт построения прогнозных моделей
  • навыки кластеризации и валидации данных
  • опыт тестирования гипотез
  • знание AI/ML-решений
  • опыт взаимодействия с командами разработки, DS и продукта

Желательно:

  • опыт работы в HR-сфере или с HR-данными
  • опыт визуализации данных (Power BI, Tableau и др.)
  • опыт вайбкодинга
  • опыт работы с API (REST/JSON)
  • Навыки веб-парсинга (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy или аналоги)
