Обязанности

  • ведение AI-проектов «под ключ»
  • погружение в процессы заказчика
  • генерация и приоритизация идей
  • быстрая проверка гипотез (PoC/MVP)
  • вайбкодинг прототипов
  • демонстрации решений топ-менеджменту
  • пилотирование и UX-тестирование
  • сопровождение внедрения.

Требования

  • желание и возможность работать в динамично развивающейся среде, интерес к миру технологий и ИИ
  • понимание, как работают LLM, что такое харнессы и скиллы, как устроены агенты, плюсы и минусы моделей развернутых on-prem / подключенных по API
  • опыт с Claude Code / Codex, а также с множеством параллельных агентов
  • опыт разработки собственных инструментов / продуктов с понятным эффектом
  • умение безопасно работать с данными, а также вести проект на сервере и выбирать оптимальные спеки.
