Эфир - корпоративная платформа для видеовстреч и коммуникаций от Сбер. В её состав входят видеоконференции, почта, чат, заметки и другие компоненты. Мы создаём платформенный слой, который объединяет все эти продукты в единое целое: аутентификацию, управление пользователями, MCP-протоколы, файлы, уведомления и многое другое.

Что предстоит делать

  • разрабатывать и поддерживать backend-компоненты платформенного слоя Эфира на Go
  • работать с асинхронным обменом данными через Apache Kafka
  • выстраивать взаимодействие между компонентами платформы (gRPC, HTTP API)
  • управлять данными в PostgreSQL - проектировать схемы, оптимизировать запросы
  • интегрировать сервисы авторизации и пользователей со всеми модулями Эфира
  • работать с кэшированием (Redis) и мониторингом (Prometheus/Grafana)
  • участвовать в code review, обсуждении архитектуры и улучшении процессов.

Что мы ждём от кандидата

  • опыт коммерческой разработки на Go от 3 до 5 лет
  • уверенное знание Go и его экосистемы (concurrency, GC, profiling)
  • опыт работы с PostgreSQL - проектирование БД, оптимизация запросов
  • понимание принципов работы очередей сообщений (Apache Kafka)
  • навыки построения микросервисной архитектуры
  • опыт работы с gRPC / Protocol Buffers
  • навык работы с LLM
  • готовность работать по OpenSpec.
