Наша команда занимается автоматизацией бизнес-процессов сферы Недвижимости и Эксплуатации Сбера, в том числе созданием ai-агентов на базе GenAI.

Необходимо будет разрабатывать серверную часть ai-агентов с использованием LangGraph, принимать архитектурные решения в части агентских систем, проектировать когнитивную архитектуру агентов.

Обязанности

  • разработка сервисов с использованием LLM
  • разработка ai-агентов
  • разработка прикладного ПО на Python
  • оценка трудоёмкости задач, участие в планировании
  • написание unit-тестов
  • поиск наилучших решений совместно с дизайнерами и аналитиками.
  • взаимодействие с разработчиками и другими командами в формате Agile.

Требования

  • опыт работы в роли разработчика от 4 лет в проектах по разработке ПО с использованием инструментов и технологий Python
  • опыт в AI/ML/NLP не менее 4 лет
  • опыт работы с языковыми моделями (LLM) через API
  • опыт использования кодинг-агентов: Claude Code, Cursor
  • опыт использования библиотек для взаимодействия с LLM: LangChain, LangGraph, etc
  • опыт работы с фреймворками Python: FastAPI/Django/Flaskопыт разработки REST API
  • опыт работы с реляционными БД PostgreSQL, нереляционными БД - к примеру, mongodb
  • опыт работы с векторными БД: PGVector, ChromaDB
  • опыт интеграции инфраструктурных компонентов с внешними системами
  • опыт работы c использованием гибких методологий (Agile, DevOps и/или Scrum) разработки
  • навыки работы с генеративными AI-моделями;
  • опыт создания AI-агентов и использования их в работе

Будет преимуществом

  • опыт использования GigaChat, Kandinsky и аналогов в продуктах,
  • инструментальное владение AI для анализа, генерации и автоматизации.
