ЧТО НУЖНО ДЕЛАТЬ:

  • управлять командой разметки данных: планирование, распределение задач, контроль темпа и качества работы
  • взаимодействовать с ML-разработчиками и вендорами: обсуждение задач, предоставление обратной связи, совместное решение вопросов по оптимизации данных
  • контролировать качество обучающих данных: оценка диалогов и сценариев, организация регулярного мониторинга и обучения сотрудников
  • организовывать запуск проектов: подготовка ресурсов, формирование команды, проведение калибровок, начало работы
  • работать с аналитическими панелями и отчётностью: ведение документации, анализ ключевых метрик
  • внедрять LLM для разметки данных
  • привлекать клиентов для заключения партнерского соглашения
  • проводить презентации и переговоры по расширению партнерской сети на закрепленной территории.

МЫ ЖДЕМ, ЧТО ТЫ:

  • имеешь высшее образование
  • обладаешь опытом управления командами: успешное руководство коллективом, выстраивание рабочих процессов, достижение поставленных целей
  • владеешь навыками работы с текстовыми данными и анализа текстовой информации
  • понимаешь принципы работы нейросетей, знаешь этапы обучения моделей и следишь за последними тенденциями в сфере искусственного интеллекта
  • имеешь опыт работы с AI-моделями: ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Perplexity AI, CharacterAI, LLama, Mistral, Qwen, DeepSeek, YaGPT и другими
  • готов использовать ИИ в ежедневной работе (обучение за счёт компании - есть свои курсы).
