Вместо того, чтобы аналитики неделями сводили отчеты по CJM, мы разрабатываем и внедряем AI-агентов, которые непрерывно исследуют поведение клиентов, существующие клиентские пути, аназируют конкурентов, находят отклонения, генерируют гипотезы и сами проверяют их влияние на метрики.

Обязанности

разработка мультиагентной системы по управлению клиентским опытом
участие в RnD разработках для анализа клиентского опыта
развитие и поддержка уже существующего функционала.

Требования

опыт коммерческой разработки на Python (от 5 лет)
опыт проектирования микросервисной архитектуры
глубокое понимание концепций языка Python
опыт оптимизации кода
организация и проведение code-review в команде
базы данных: оптимизация запросов, понимание архитектурных различий SQL и NO SQL баз, опыт проектирования баз данных
LLM: Tool calling, протоколы взаимодействия между агентами.

Будет плюсом:

опыт создания AI агентов
опыт выстраивания процесса разработки внутри команды
опыт распределения задач в команде (планирование спринтов).
