Обязанности

  • управление портфелем RUN-проектов компании (3-5 одновременных инициатив) с совокупным бюджетом, синхронизация их с бизнес-стратегией
  • планирование по задачам, вехам, контроль исполнения задач смежными командами (50-100 человек)
  • ведение проектной документации (Roadmap) и отчетности перед стейкхолдерами
  • управление межпроектными конфликтами: приоритезация RUN-работ относительно новых разработок на уровне топ-менеджмента
  • управление рисками на тактическом уровне: предупреждение задержек, эскалация критических проблем
  • контроль качества выполнения задач смежными командами в рамках Definition of Done
  • управление изменениями при внедрении новых процессов.

Требования

  • опыт управления IT-проектами от 2 лет
  • обязательно наличие RUN/инфраструктурных проектов в портфолио
  • работа с методологией: глубокое владение гибридными подходами. Разрабатывали собственные методологические гайды для RUN-проектов
  • умение вести проекты в условиях «бэклога задач» - балансировать между срочным и важным
  • понимание Agile (Scrum/Kanban), уверенное владение Jira/Confluence;
  • системное мышление, лидерские качества, клиентоориентированность и развитые коммуникативные навыки
  • высокое чувство ответственности: вы несете перед проектным офисом персональную ответственность за исполнение всего плана проектов. Ваш долг - не допустить срывов, которые поставят под угрозу проект. Вы - последняя инстанция, и вы это осознаете как часть своей профессиональной этики.
