Разрабатываем продукты аналитической управленческой отчётности, которые отражают метрики и ключевые показатели эффективности работы службы поддержки, включая качество отработанных заявок, среднее время отработки, уровень удовлетворенности клиентов и многое другое. Наши инструменты позволяют оперативно получать данные и анализировать их, помогая руководству принимать обоснованные управленческие решения, корректировать и оптимизировать работу направления.

Обязанности

  • разработка аналитических функций и процедур расчётов показателей и агрегатов
  • организация тракта поставки и предобработки данных
  • формирование витрин и хранилищ данных
  • оптимизация работы баз данных и рефакторинг кода

Требования

  • высшее образование: информационные технологииматематическоетехническое
  • опыт разработки от года: функций, хранимых процедур, триггеров, пакетов, динамического SQL (Oracle SQL PL/SQL, Greenplum, PostgreSQL , PL/pgSQL)
  • понимание нормальных форм баз данных
  • опыт командной разработки (с использованием Confluence, Jira, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins)

Будет дополнительным плюсом:

  • знание основных методологий (Agile, DevOps и т.п.)
  • работа с ETL, CTL
  • работа системным аналитиком, Python
  • работа с Help Desk (HP Service Manager, Micro Focus Service Manager)
