To help meet the surge in demand for our services, SBG is aggressively expanding our team of Account Executives! As an AE, you'll play a vital role in the growth of the small businesses we serve and our company as a whole.
About the Job
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Build and manage a pipeline of small business owners seeking capital
- Match clients to the right financing solution based on their needs
- Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets in a performance-driven environment
- Build a recurring book of business through renewals and referrals
- 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in a quota-carrying role
- A track record of hitting or beating targets
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Resilience, coachability, and the drive to win
- Bachelor's degree
- Best-in-class sales training, support, and technology
- Uncapped commission with six-figure earning potential in year one
- A book of business that generates recurring income over time
- Clear, structured paths for career advancement

- Able to pass a background check
