Rite is building a new operating system for civil engineers during the construction execution phase. Our technology can deeply understand complex engineering drawings, extract valuable insights, and help save costs, reduce execution time, and minimize material waste on construction sites.

About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Full-Stack Engineer to join our engineering team. You will design and implement solutions that provide significant value to our clients. Our product includes interactive maps, 3D views, and visualizations of large amounts of real-time data. Responsibilities

• Be part of the engineering team, taking end-to-end responsibility for our customer-facing product, from the database to the UI.
• Work on our web frontend systems, written in TypeScript, and our backend services, built with Python and deployed with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop user interfaces for interacting with complex data: construction drawings, shapes, geospatial maps, and 3D models.
• Design APIs and data models that serve large amounts of real-time data to the client in a performant way.
• Use AI coding agents as a core part of your workflow, and help scale AI-driven development across the team.
• Be part of a vibrant team of bright and experienced engineers working to bring the construction industry into the digital age.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience (writing code and delivering products).
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Python, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Working fluency with AI coding agents in your day-to-day work. We’re looking for someone who tinkers with these tools at work and outside of it, tries new things often, and delivers at high velocity.
• Strong spatial reasoning, and experience building interactive interfaces over large, real-time datasets.
• Leadership experience, whether it’s leading people or projects, combined with strong people skills.
• Experience with geospatial data, map visualization or 3D - advantage.
• Ability to work from Rite’s Tel Aviv office 5 days per week.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments - advantage.
