What You'll Be Doing

As a DevOps Engineer at ScaleOps, you'll be a technical authority in everything cloud-native - leading feature development, making key architectural decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.

• Take an active role across all DevOps areas: ScaleOps's infrastructure and cloud environment, tools, services, and uptime.
• Contribute to the product's architectural and infrastructure design; evaluate and implement new cloud technologies and open-source tools to improve delivery and availability of the product.
• Plan and drive the growth and scale of data capacity across products.
• Own the smooth, production-grade execution of delivered solutions.

What You'll Bring

• 6+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer on a high-scale distributed system, working in a Linux environment.
• Proven hands-on experience with containerized environments and microservices; Docker and Kubernetes required.
• Extensive experience working in a multi-cloud environment.
• A mindset geared toward automating manual work away.
• In-depth knowledge of build/release systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Scripting/programming skills in Python, Bash, or Go.
• An innovative approach, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both Hebrew and English.
• (Nice to have) Experience in cloud cost optimization or resource management.
