Performance Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance and drive continuous optimization to improve ROI and achieve acquisition goals.
• Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for performance improvement.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Work closely with the client's senior marketing team to execute growth strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing, experiment with new campaign strategies, and implement data-backed optimizations.
• Track key performance metrics, attribution models, and customer acquisition funnels.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, campaign optimization, and lead generation.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and marketing analytics.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidates based in Mumbai will be preferred.
