หน้าที่งานโดยย่อ (Job Summary)

บริหารและดำเนินงานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล ครอบคลุมการสรรหาและคัดเลือก การบริหารกำลังคน ข้อมูลพนักงาน และกระบวนการ HR ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายบริษัท สนับสนุนการบริหารพนักงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ โดยดูแลเรื่องอัตรากำลัง ผลการปฏิบัติงาน การเปลี่ยนแปลงสถานะพนักงาน และ ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ให้สอดคล้องกับกฎหมายและแนวทางขององค์กร

หน้าที่งาน (Key responsibilities)

  • บริหารงานสรรหา และ อัตรากำลังพล ให้เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของแต่ละหน่วยงาน
  • ดูแลข้อมูลและกระบวนการด้านพนักงาน เช่น การบรรจุ แต่งตั้ง โยกย้าย ปรับตำแหน่ง และสิ้นสุดการจ้าง
  • สนับสนุนการบริหารผลการปฏิบัติงานและงาน HR ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบาย กฎหมาย และระเบียบบริษัท

คุณสมบัติ ( Qualifications)

  • ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
  • มีทักษะในการใช้ Microsoft Excel และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล (Data Analysis) เพื่อจัดการและจัดทำรายงานด้าน HR
  • มีทักษะในการใช้งานระบบ HR Systems และ Digital Tools ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล
  • สามารถใช้ Microsoft 365 และเครื่องมือ Automation เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดขั้นตอนการทำงานได้
  • มีความรู้และทักษะด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล (HR Management) รวมถึงความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายแรงงาน (Labor Law) และสามารถนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างเหมาะสม
  • วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารรัฐกิจ, รัฐประศาสนศาสตร์, รัฐศาสตร์, นิติศาสตร์, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือ สังคมศาสตร์
  • เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม (GPA) ไม่ต่ำกว่า 2.70
  • สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี โดยมีคะแนน TOEIC ตั้งแต่ 550 คะแนนขึ้นไป (สามารถนำส่งผลคะแนนภายหลังได้)
  • สามารถปฎิบัติงานในพื้นที่ อ.แก่งคอย จ.สระบุรี
