Recruitment Officer (Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Line Managers and HRBPs to understand position requirements and maintain seamless communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage job postings across various job boards and social media platforms to attract top talent.
• Oversee the candidate pipeline, including sourcing, screening, phone interviews, shortlisting, document collection, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Create and manage recruitment-related content on social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok to enhance employer branding and candidate engagement.
• Serve as a key point of contact, fostering strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience during the selection process.
• In addition to day-to-day recruitment responsibilities, the Recruitment Officer may have opportunities to participate in or lead projects such as: Talent Sourcing: Support proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline building for priority roles. | Recruitment Platforms: Support recruitment tools, candidate databases, job boards, and process improvement. | AI in Recruitment: Explore and apply AI for sourcing, screening, communication, research, and productivity. | Employer Branding: Create recruitment content and support campaigns across social media and university activities. | Recruitment Analytics: Track hiring performance, candidate sources, pipeline conversion, and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field with 0-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources
• GPA of at least 2.70
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Passion for recruitment and human resources.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience and familiarity with the recruitment cycle, such as posting job advertisements through platforms, recruitment software, or cold-calling potential candidates, will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, with the ability to create engaging recruitment content.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity.

Contract & Performance Review:

Performance will be assessed periodically based on recruitment delivery, quality of work, ownership, stakeholder and candidate experience, and contribution to assigned projects. High-performing individuals who demonstrate strong potential, learning agility, and measurable impact may be considered for an earlier transition to a permanent role, subject to organizational requirements and approval.
