รับผิดชอบงานด้านการพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคล (HRD) การพัฒนาศักยภาพพนักงาน การจัดฝึกอบรมและกิจกรรมพัฒนาองค์กร รวมถึงงานแรงงานสัมพันธ์ การบริหารสวัสดิการ การสร้างความผูกพันของพนักงาน (Employee Engagement) การสื่อสารภายในองค์กร และการดูแลข้อร้องเรียนของพนักงาน เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปตามกฎหมายแรงงานและนโยบายของบริษัท

หน้าที่งาน ( Key responsibilities)

  • วางแผนและดำเนินงานด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร (HRD) เช่น การฝึกอบรม การพัฒนาความรู้และทักษะ รวมถึงติดตามและประเมินผลการพัฒนาพนักงาน
  • ดูแลงานด้านแรงงานสัมพันธ์ (Employee Relations) รับฟังความคิดเห็น ข้อเสนอแนะ และ ประเด็นของพนักงาน พร้อมประสานงานเพื่อหาแนวทางแก้ไขอย่างเหมาะสม
  • สนับสนุนการดำเนินงานด้าน HR ให้สอดคล้องกับกฎหมายแรงงาน นโยบายบริษัท และมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงจัดทำข้อมูล รายงาน และติดตามผลเพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง

  • ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
  • มีทักษะในการบริหารจัดการโครงการ (Project Management) สามารถวางแผน กำหนด Timeline และติดตามผลตาม KPI ได้
  • มีทักษะการวางแผนและพัฒนาบุคลากร (Planning & People Development)
  • มีทักษะการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี (Communication & Interpersonal Skills)
  • มีใจรักงานบริการ เข้าใจและใส่ใจผู้อื่น (Service Mind & Empathy)
  • มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ กระตือรือร้น และมีทัศนคติเชิงบวกในการทำงาน (Initiative & Positive Attitude)
  • วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารรัฐกิจ, รัฐประศาสนศาสตร์, รัฐศาสตร์, นิติศาสตร์, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือ สังคมศาสตร์
  • เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม (GPA) ไม่ต่ำกว่า 2.70
  • สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี โดยมีคะแนน TOEIC ตั้งแต่ 550 คะแนนขึ้นไป (สามารถนำส่งผลคะแนนภายหลังได้)
  • สามารถปฎิบัติงานในพื้นที่ อ.ทุ่งสง จ.นครศรีธรรมราช
