Your Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customers inquiries and complaints and detect reasons for logistics problems arising
• Provide explanations and solutions to customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with other departments and external providers to implement corrective actions
• Identify optimization areas of supply chain and logistics activities and report to Team Leader and/or Professionals
• Ensure that services delivered are in line with defined quality standards and processes.
• Manage 2 team members.

Your Qualifications

• National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Experienced professional with 3 to 5 years’
• Experience in SAP
• Proficient in English as a working language
• Analytical thinking skills and results oriented
• Ability to handle and manage stress
• Experience with managing staff (minimum 2)
