Kick-start your career in customer experience and quality! As part of the Customer Satisfaction and Qualityteam, you will contribute to strategic transformation initiatives that strengthen operational excellence, enhance customer and employee experiences, and support sustainable business growth.
You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to analyzeperformance, identifyimprovement opportunities, drive process simplification, and deliver impactful transformationsusing data, automation, and digital solutions.
What will you do?
Support Operational Reporting
- Track key operational and quality performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare reports and presentations for management reviews.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness across reporting systems.
- Follow up with stakeholders on overdue actions, updates, and quality-related deliverables.
Enhance Customer and Supplier Satisfaction
- Gather customer and supplier feedback throughmeetings and interviews.
- Analyzerecurring concerns, complaints, and service gaps.
- Support root cause investigations for customer and supplier issues.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and operational teams.
- Monitor action plans aimed at improving customer and supplier experience.
Drive Continuous Process Improvement
- Analyzeworkflow bottlenecks and identifyimprovement opportunities.
- Support Continuous Improvement (CI) projects and Kaizen activities.
- Collect and analyzedata to measure process effectiveness.
- Coordinate implementation of approved process improvements.
- Track results and report benefits achieved from improvement initiatives.
Promote Quality Mindset Across Operations
- Support quality awareness campaigns and engagement activities.
- Assistin developing quality training and communication materials.
- Promote adherence to quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Participate in quality audits, reviews, and operational assessments.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Education: Pursuing a Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Quality Management, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
- Good communicationand stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
