Mission:

Manage the development, validationand implementation of injection molds for plastic components ensuring compliance with quality, costand delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Define tooling and manufacturing constraints with Product Design Teams.
• Prepare mold technical specifications.
• Perform and review Mold Flow Analysis.
• Evaluate mold suppliers and analyze quotations.
• Follow mold manufacturing and validation activitiesat supplier’s side.
• Coordinate mold implementation in production plants.
• Maintain technical records and project tracking

Skills & Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of mold design and injection molding processes.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent English.
• Availability to travel mainly withinEurope and occasionally outside Europe.
