What will you do?
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order preparation, and shipping to meet fulfillment targets
- Manage inventory control, stock rotation, and coordination of inbound and outbound logistics
- Direct and develop multiple teams, including performance management and career development
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows while ensuring compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures

- Warehouse Management - advanced level; overseeing end-to-end operations from receiving to shipping
- Customer Orientation - advanced level; ensuring order accuracy and timely fulfillment to meet customer expectations
- Logistics Operations - intermediate level; coordinating inbound and outbound activities across the supply chain
- Operational Health and Safety Management - intermediate level; maintaining compliance with safety protocols and security procedures
- Continuous Improvement - intermediate level; identifying and implementing process enhancements to boost efficiency
