In dieser Rolle sorgst du für den stabilen und sicheren Betrieb unserer Hybrid-IT aus Microsoft 365 und On-Premise-Systemen und entwickelst diese gemeinsam im Team kontinuierlich weiter.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du betreust und administrierst die Microsoft-365-Umgebung und Hybrid-IT unserer Kunden
  • Du stellst eine sichere und strukturierte Identity- und Zugriffssteuerung sicher
  • Du betreibst und optimierst unsere On-Premise-Infrastruktur (Windows Server, Active Directory, Virtualisierung)
  • Du unterstützt beim Ausbau von Security- und Compliance-Lösungen im Microsoft-Umfeld
  • Du analysierst Störungen im 2nd-Level-Support und sorgst für nachhaltige Lösungen
  • Du dokumentierst Systeme nachvollziehbar und bringst dich in die Weiterentwicklung von Standards und Best Practices ein

Du verfügst über...

  • Erfahrung in der Administration von Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Erfahrung mit On-Premise-Infrastrukturen (Windows Server, Active Directory)
  • Verständnis für Hybrid-Umgebungen (z. B. AD Connect, Identity-Synchronisation)
  • Kenntnisse in Virtualisierung (z. B. Hyper-V oder VMware)
  • Erfahrung im 2nd-Level-Support und strukturiertes Troubleshooting
  • Grundverständnis von Netzwerktechnologien (Routing, Switching, VLANs)
  • Grundverständnis für IT-Security und Compliance in modernen IT-Umgebungen
