Position Type: Hourly
Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Accurately compile and sort purchase orders, invoices, and statements.
- Review accounting data on invoices, post daily.
- Reconcile statements to accounts payable scheduled and prepare checks.
- Manage filing of paperwork.
- Responsible for reconciling Sublet schedule, Payable Schedule and Open POs report.
- Assist in answering phones.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred.
